Having previously worked in a number of secretarial roles for organisations including the National Trust and the RAC, in 1989 I set up my own business with the aim of providing a service which is:

Over the years I have worked for a number of clients ranging from legal consultants, solicitors, specialist consultants, estate agents/surveyors, accountants, loss adjusters, drainage surveyors, and many small businesses and private individuals. A high percentage of my business comes from repeat customers both locally and nationwide.

Work can be delivered/collected by clients themselves, however, many items are now communicated by email or post.  Audio transcription can be carried out from Philips mini cassette tapes or digitally.
